Call Centre Sales Manager
Salary: Rs100,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
The job is about managing and assigning shifts of people . This job also requires good call handling skills and person with Past experience will be preferred. Work is much easier for a candidate who is skilled in Management and Proficient in English Language (spoken and written both).
Minimum Qualification: Graduation Or Masters
Shift Timings: according to UK timings
Hours Per day: 12 hrs
Days of Work: 5 days a week.
Candidates with Graduation and Master's Degree shall be preferred such as MBA etc.
Candidates must be able to speak English in British or American Accent

Knowledge of working on Time gate or any other rostering software.
Basic understanding and knowledge of working within HSE procedures & processes in the working environment

Process driven but with a flexible and adaptable approach to improve and meet business requirements
Demonstrates integrity and respect at all times
The ideal candidate will have the following:
