The Role: International Recruitment Manager
Apply Board is seeking an experienced and well-connected International Recruitment Manager to join its expanding Sales team in Islamabad, Pakistan. This role offers the unique opportunity to propel Apply Board's platform and mission to new heights. As an International Recruitment Manager, you will be the face of Apply Board, promoting its services to agents, educators, and potential students. Your role will involve increasing international student enrollment by partnering with education agencies from diverse regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent the Apply Board brand and services to various stakeholders.
Collaborate with recruitment partners to recruit international students.
Lead negotiations and provide training to recruitment partners.
Conduct presentations to further raise awareness about Apply Board.
Develop and implement marketing and recruitment strategies.
Proactively engage with recruitment partners to drive student outreach.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of international student recruitment experience.
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
